Coralie and Charlène are a duo passionate about gastronomy. They both began their professional careers in Michelin-starred restaurants in France and Australia. The two chefs then settled in the Luberon region to embark on a wonderful adventure as private chefs. Thanks to their expertise and soft skills acquired from renowned chefs, they will undoubtedly meet your expectations by creating a tailor-made menu. Their philosophy: working with magnificent local and seasonal products, and enhancing them to perfection. Their goal is to listen to your desires and requirements in order to create a menu that reflects your personality and an unforgettable experience.

- Herbaceous freshness: herbaceous cream, cucumber with tomato brunoise and bread croutons
- Feta cream, flavored with fresh herbs and its brunoise of tomatoes and cucumber
Starters
- Asparagus: creamy asparagus, pan-fried asparagus, soft-boiled egg
- Multi-seed toast/colored radish and its snacked sucrine/revisited Caesar sauce
- Provençal Tomato carpaccio, with olive tapenade, smocked ham, and Feta cheese
- Cream of beetroot goat cheese / cooked and raw beetroots, marinated anchovy fillets and its little salad

- Sesame-crusted salmon mashed potatoes, olives and Provençal sauce
