Starter :
- Cannelloni stuffed with ricotta cheese and fresh herbs, pesto sauce.
- Green asparagus shoots served lightly steamed and raw with a creamy parmesan sauce and crispy ham.
Main Course :
- Filet of fish ( subject to availability) with its virgin sauce accompanied by French beans, green peas, broad beans, spring onions, tomatoes, black olives, lemon confit, parsley & chives.
- Duck breast served with a cumin spiced carrot purée and gravy.
Dessert :
- Strawberry gazpacho, a carpaccio of freshly sliced strawberries, pine nuts and fresh basil with a yogurt ice cream.
- Apple crumble with home made toffee served with ice cream.

Chef Marie and her helper were very nice and adapted easily to some of our late arrivals. The dinner was excellent and everyone loved the service. I'd do it again without hesitation.
Chef Marie came in one evening for a private meal and it was superb. Her menu selection was perfect for us and the food was fantastic. We had one vegetarian in our group and this was no problem at all. She was brilliant.
Chef Marie was excellent. She was flexible in working with us and accommodated special requests. Her meals were timely, well prepared and served and delicious! As she is located in one of the near by villages (to Lacoste), I would highly recommend her for this villa.

Chef Marie prepared and served dinner for six of us. It was a delight to watch her work and the meal she made us was memorable. She worked in a quiet, discrete, and friendly manner.

Chef Marie was one of the highlights of our trip. The food was so fresh and each course was better than the last (the dessert was a group favorite). Marie was professional and also fun interacting with the group. And she took care of all the clean up, an added bonus when on vacation. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an authentic French meal experience! I wish we had reserved her for one more meal too.
