Dear Sebastien,
Thank you for a wonderful day. You exceeded the expectations for each person in our group. We experienced things that would never have been possible without your guided agenda. George and the goat cheese visit was most interesting and delicious. Jean-Baptiste's lunch was over the top from start to finish. The art exhibition was both unique and a most wonderful surprise – awesome! Ending with the overlook of Les Baux-de-Provence provided some of the best views and pictures of our week… great memories.

We will certainly post our descriptions and recommendation on the OnlyProvence website. Thank you again.

Best Regards,

10 women in Provence for a week! Our day outing with Sebastien was one of the highlights of our time here. He took us to a fantastic market in St Remy, an olive mill in Les Baux, and to the festival of lights / art exhibit in the Carrieres des Baux. While we could have done any of these things on our own, it was a joy to have our group guided— we were hands free for a day to just take it all in, not worry about how and when to get somewhere and to be guided to the best spots. Sebastien is a wealth of information about the region — he was a true joy to be with from start to finish. I highly recommend a day out with Seb to any group visiting Provence.
—best wishes from the Girls of Gancel.

Bonjour Sébastien,
Thank you for inquiring.
Our tour was amazing.... the highlight of our trip thus far.
We enjoyed every bit of it although the meal, goat farm and art exhibit were our favorites.
Thank you for arranging this for us and a big thank you to a William for his kindness and expertise.
Gary

Our group of six visited Provence a couple of weeks ago, and are still wistfully daydreaming about our time there. A big part of what made our trip so incredible was our day with Seb, who is the best guide anyone could ever ask for. Friendly, genuine, incredibly knowledgeable and funny, we all felt very comfortable with Seb immediately. A few weeks prior to private tour, Seb worked with us to customize our ideal day based on our interests. Our day started out with a visit to an olive oil mill, where we toured the mill with the staff/owner and tasted the various olive oils produced at the mill. From there, Seb took us to a goat cheese farm which produced award winning cheeses sold to Michelin star restaurants and gourmet stores across the country. It was by far one of our favorite and most memorable experiences in Provence. The fromager was a fun character with a robust sense of humor and cracked a ton of jokes while he took us on a tour of his farm. We met his goats, learned about his farming and cheese making techniques and visited his petite zcheese making facility. But the highlight for us was tasting his exceptional cheeses and being able to play with his baby goats, both of which we could not get enough of. Although the fromager only spoke French, we never once felt like a joke was lost on us as Seb translated back and forth, which is a testament to Seb’s fluency in both French and English. We then headed to Chateauneuf-du-Pape for wine tastings and an education on one of the region’s most renowned appellation. At the vineyard, we had our very own private tour of their facility and cellar, followed by a tasting of the vineyard’s vintages. It was a fabulous time!
What we loved most about our private tour with Seb was the authenticity. It felt like we were visiting an old friend who was taking us off the beaten path for an exclusive glimpse into the local traditions and daily life of the local producers. At each stop, we were the only visitors at the farm or vineyard and it never felt touristy or gimmicky. Seb planned a perfect day for us that truly enriched our experience in Provence. We would, without a doubt, highly recommend arranging a private day with Seb when in Provence. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you did not. His passion for his hometown, its traditions, culture, food and wine is infectious and it shines through his pursuit in ensuring the best possible experience. Thank you Seb!
The very next day, while we were strolling through St. Remy on our own, a familiar voice called out to us and it was Seb! We were all so excited, and it completely made our day feeling like we had a friend in Provence.
Our only regret was not having enough time to experience the amazing gourmet picnics that Seb painstakingly plans to perfection. But at least now we will have a good reason to return to Provence…

Our family toured with Sébastien. We had the misfortune of having a terribly cold day with very strong Mistral winds. Fortunately we had Sebastian, our easy going, adaptable tour guide!
We toured Les Beaux, a very cool ruined fortress, and the nearby Carriere de Lumières, which is an old stone quarry being use for a multimedia art show. The art show was not something on our agenda but with the freezing cold temperatures we ventured in to escape the wind and cold and enjoyed it very much…even the children enjoyed running around the space. From there, we went to St. Remy for a charming lunch and a fantastic cooking class. We baked macaroons, croissant, meringue and lemon tarts. We really had a wonderful day!
We highly recommend Sebastian. He was very flexible about our tour and offered many suggestions. He is very knowledgeable and speaks English extremely well, having spent time in the U.S. and England. The day following our tour, I received a call from Sébastien saying that we had forgotten my son's jacket in his car. We were headed to Arles for the day where he promised to meet us. Not only did he go out of his way to return the jacket, he made us a reservation for lunch at a wonderful place in Arles.

Hi Sebastien,
We had a wonderful time on our tour and we really enjoyed our day with Valentina - she was absolutely great!

Best,
Jen

We went with Sébastien Lopez yesterday to verdon gorge and wanted to thank you for arranging us with him. He was excellent!!! Very knowledgeable, fun, friendly etc everything you could ask for a tour guide!!!

Exceptionally well. Sebastien could not have been more helpful, he really made everyone feel welcome and he responded to any query immediately.

Elodie,
We are in Normandy, and soon we will be back in the USA. Stephen and Grace are already back.

I wanted to drop you a note to say how much you contributed to the enjoyment of our trip. We have often had guides with substantial expertise, but rarely with the imagination and personality to capture the attention of three generations. And she gave French lessons too!

Please accept our heartfelt thanks, and feel free to use us as a reference - not that you should ever need it.
