Starter :

 - Crispy green asparagus tagliatelles, cured coppa ham chips, parmesan biscuit served with quail eggs and a balsamic reduction.
 - Mediterranean tuna tartar, green zebra tomatoes, spring onions with grilled sesame, tomato vinaigrette and muesli crumble.
 - Herb roasted quail breast served on a tomato confit with garlic tart, guacamole and baby spinach.
 - Zucchini flowers stuffed with Ricotta, pine nuts and basil Provencal coulis and fragrant Herb Oil.
 - Tempura of asparagus tips, cold veloute of asparagus & Parmesan, quail eggs and coppa chips.
 - "Crespeoü di Provence" Provencal flavours omelette cake, winged tomato jelly, and young shoots
 - Saté roasted scampi, brunoise of celery, green apples. dill Butter

Main Course :

 - Veal tenderloin and its juice scented with sage from my garden Agata potato puree, ceps (mushroom), cream and confit garlic.
 - Medallions of rabbit with tapenade and roasted pine nuts, crispy caraway seed polenta and anise basil emulsion.
 - Herb-roasted quail breast served on a tomato confit and garlic tart, guacamole and baby spinach.
 - Fillet of sea bream, black ink tagliatelle and yellow zucchini, veloute of minted split Peas
 - Skin-roasted duck breast. An earth and forest duo of caramelized beetroot dice, its juice, pan fried shiitake and creamed mushrooms
 - Larded veal tenderloin, crunchy potato cakes, creamed eggplant with espelette pepper, wild asparagus in tapenade jus
 - My New Aioli”. Filet of Atlantic cod, creamed cabbage and soft boiled egg, fried spring greens and garlic mousseline.

Dessert :

 - The pretty girls in my garden have arrived .....Annabelle, Charlotte and Anaïs....my strawberries in all their different states
 - Choco-Dulcey Mousse , candied mandarin heart with mild spices and mandarin sorbet.
 - Lime glazed vacherin, exotic compote and coconut ice cream
 - Lemon meringue tart “My Style”. Refreshing and crisp
 - Apricot upside down tart, salted butter caramel and lavender ice cream
 - St. Honore style macaroon, marjoram mascarpone cream, garden fresh raspberries and strawberries

Chef Julien Lafoix is a wonderful chef and a delightful person. We should have booked him for more than one night!

Chef Julien was outstanding and helped to make my son’s 26th birthday very memorable. I marvel at his ability to arrive, cook a gourmet meal in a kitchen he had never seen before then leave the kitchen in a better state than when he arrived.

We had two different chefs come in and cook for us... Chef Ronald did a more elaborate meal, per my request, since it was my husbands 70th birthday and Chef Julian prepared an elegant and very tasty family meal. I would recommend both of them!

I wanted to let you know that your recommendation to hire Chef Julien for my daughter's 8th birthday in Provence was absolutely perfect. He was delightful and the food was fabulous !

We are now in Provence and wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic meal the other evening with Julien. He was wonderful and accommodating and his food was excellent

Chef Julien prepared a casual lunch for our party of 8, and it was truly divine! He was prompt, friendly, and offered a delicious three-course meal that we will not soon forget. I was amazed that this was in fact his casual menu - Each dish was not only tasty, but also beautifully arranged and set in perfect harmony one after the other. The meal was timed quite well, starting with a light asparagus salad, followed by a gorgeous fish dish (I wish I could replicate myself), and finishing with a perfectly balanced dessert of strawberry soup and handmade pastry and ice-cream. Nothing felt rushed; we enjoyed every morsel of this scrumptious meal and every moment shared together. Chef Julien left the kitchen spotless as we finished our coffees in quiet enjoyment. It is a memory we will hold dear for a lifetime, and an experience I would highly recommend. It is worth every penny - Five stars for Chef Julien.

chef Julien had car trouble on night that he was booked - but came next night instead and his dinner was one of the best I had in France (including Michelin star restaurants). Highly recommend the private chef experience.

Chef Julien was amazing!  The food was absolutely delicious! They set up a beautiful table for our group and provided fabulous service!  It was one of the highlights of our trip.
