- Celeriac and crab meat in the shape of a maki, served with a herring roe canapé
- Heirloom tomatoes with fresh herbs, served with parmesan shaving
Main Course :
- Rack of Lamb roast with rosemary, first rate potatoes & black tapenade
- Sea bass & black olive Parmentier, pancetta, with a tomato, basil/ lemon dressing
- Veal fillet cooked in its juices, in a fresh herb crust, wine mustard, baked vegetable
- Shortbread & jasmine tea flavored cream, topped with an apricot poached in lavender
- Red berry soup and praline choux bun
- Red fruit tiramisu poached in Muscat and speculoos

A cooking class, a chef-prepared meal and a wine tour were all outstanding. Chef Youcef who conducted our cooking class on our last night in the villa was outstanding.
I just wanted to let you know that we have been very pleased with all 3 chefs - Yvan, Damien and Youcef. We would highly recommend all 3.
We had such a great evening and can’t stop talking about how delicious everything was - in fact we just ate all the leftovers about 10 minutes ago.
Thank you for the suggestion and we actually booked that restaurant for Friday night so I guess we are in good hands!

We just want to thank you again for a fantastic meal and superb experience. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The seasonal vegetable tart had a wonderful mix of flavors and textures. The sea bass was among the best preparations we’ve ever had. And the chocolate mousse with cherries and short bread, similar to the tart, had a wonderful mix of flavors and textures.
The experience you provided was the highlight of our trip so far. Thank you so, so much.

On a personal note, Chef, thank you for allowing me to work with you. You are a great teacher and our time in the kitchen was one of the highlights of my trip. Our chef on 8/15 was WONDERFUL. His girlfriend came with him and did such a lovely job of setting the table and serving the food. All the dishes Frank made were delicious and both of them were very friendly and accommodating.
Youseff was a good teacher and we enjoyed the cooking lesson.
We would like to give special thanks to our chef, Youcef Djellab, who was very friendly and fun and prepared us a meal better than 99% of restaurants.
My fourteen year old nephew saw Chef Youcef, the day after he prepared and gave us a cooking lesson, when taking the market tour with Jane Satow. There he sat next to Youcef and asked him about the preparation of his chocolate dessert as he was coming home that night to prepare this just like Youcef did the night before. His dishes were served with beautiful design and the taste only added to our love of the local produce and spices.
We engaged Chef Youcef to do a cooking class with us before the meal, and it was a one of a kind memorable evening for all. I had a few special requests, food wise, and Chef Youcef was totally willing to accommodate me. He is a most accomplished chef and we had so much fun working with him, and then sitting down to enjoy a fabulous meal.
A cooking class, a chef-prepared meal and a wine tour were all outstanding. I can't remember his name but the person who did our wine tour was outstanding as was chef Youcef who conducted our cooking class on our last night in the villa.
On the last night of our stay, we hired Chef Youcef, with assistance from Only Provence. He and his assistant (Chrystal) prepared a wonderful three course meal which we enjoyed on the patio. It was particularly fun to watch Chrystal set the table, creating a floral masterpiece from only the foliage and flora of the garden. It was truly a magical evening.
Cyrille was a wonderful chef. He stepped in when our first choice was no longer available. This was a surprise, but he did a wonderful job. The meal was delicious, perfect for all of us (including a vegetarian and children) and he served it on our patio with a bottle of champagne
