Chef Sophie
Chef Sophie developed her home-cooking service some years ago. She prepares generous and inventive meals which spread the warmth of a homemade French cuisine. Her meals are colorful and she takes care to work with local fresh market products.
In addition to casual meals Sophie also suggests French picnics. A romantic interlude to be enjoyed in the calm and privacy of your garden – simple, casual and very French. Sharing good moments with your loved ones is the essence of a successful vacation.

Starters
- Basil-goat-cheese-and-tomato tart with lettuce of the day
- Cold soft velouté depending on the market
- Three colored pepper salad with anchovies, capers and garlic
- Salad of today’s market with tapenade and its toasted bread

Main Courses
- Filet mignon and potato gratin dauphinois
- Chicken thighs with honey and rosemary with Polenta
- Provencal Lasagna Beef, Brocciu and fresh vegetables with fresh salad of the market
- Provencal stew orange perfumed with potatoes steamed
- Perfumed grilled eggplants with olive oil and parmesan with bulgur pilaf (vegetarian meal)
- Fish of the day cooked “in papillote” with rice three colors
- Skewers of chicken marinated with honey, soya and sesame seeds with semolina

- Peach skewers cooked with local honey
- Rum baba
- Fruits salad with its almond biscuit
- Sweet chocolate moelleux
- Seasonal fruit pie
- Fiadone (special cake with brocciu and lemon)

- Thyme and honey perfumed filet mignon with fresh-of-the-day’s pastas
- Fish of the market crumble filled with hazelnuts and walnuts, rice pilaf
- Home-made provencal chicken tajine
- Duck magret cooked with figs, served with southern vegetables tian
- Provencal legs of lamb served with southern herbs, unpeeled garlic cloves and ratatouille
- Roasted quails and figs served with pasta gnocchis with rosemary
- Slowly cooked in a pot lamb and sweet potatoes
- Beef tenderloin, french-blue-cheese-and-pepper sauce, celery muslin
- Spice and orange cooked with duck accompanied with delicately scented polenta
- Cottage pie of duck confit and cooked silver skin onions
- Orange scented provencal stew served with home-style mashed potatoes perfumed with local olive oil
- “Alouettes sans tête” provençal speciality with beef and its perfumed grilled eggplant with olive oil
