- Provencal-style pork tenderloin (tomato and olives) and tagliatelle
- Leg of lamb with honey and sweet spices with tian of vegetables and potatoes
- Roasted chicken with basaltic vinegar, mustard, red wine and red oignons with tagliatelle
- Beef steak with pepper or roquefort sauce, green beans and sautéed potatoes

I wanted to pass along my great appreciation for the terrific meal prepared for us Friday at Mas des Amis in Roussillon by Gen and her assistant Sandrine. Not only was the food delicious and beautifully presented, the ladies were so lovely—cleaning up perfectly, providing great table service and overall making it a very special night.

I’ve been meaning to write you a note since Gen came to cook for us. I can’t compliment her enough. She and her colleague were so kind; it was such a delight to have them cook for us. My five and a half year old son is determined (right now) to be a chef, which I mentioned to Gen and so she took him in and allowed him to help when appropriate and taught him many things. He has said that cooking with Gen was his favorite thing we’ve done on the trip. After all of that, the food was incredible. We wish we had booked her several nights. If we come back next year, we’d love to hire her again.
I just wanted you to know how much of a delight it was to have her and how delicious her food was. Please relay our compliments to her and her colleague.

We had the pleasure of having Gen cook for us last night, and she was absolutely wonderful!! The food was delicious, and she and her partner were so kind. They took care of everything, and made it such a special night for my family. Thank you for your help in finding her, and thank you Gen for everything!

For Chef Gen,

the meal was enjoyed by everyone - adults and kids - immensely.All the adults want the recipe for the savory tomato panna cotta starter, and the kids all ate more than one serving of the lasagna.(My son wants me to get and make that lasagna recipe too!)

The salmon was also so flavorful. She was so professional - even in all the heat. Her meal was the perfect way for us to end our time in Avignon.

Dear Gen,

We are just home and we wanted to thank you for such a wonderful dinner for our family July 5th. Everyone had such a relaxed time and your menu was just perfect. I loved the interesting scallops and risotto, the salad was fabulous and just disappeared, and the chocolate mousse just vanished!

We all appreciated meeting you and I thank you for dealing with my little bit of French. I really enjoyed you!

Nous avons eu le plus merveilleux dîner ce soir, grâce à Gen, notre superbe chef ! Elle a préparé un magnifique repas avec les ingrédients les plus frais, tous joliment présentés. Nous avons été tellement impressionnés par chaque parcours - même nos enfants (qui sont généralement très difficiles) ont adoré chaque bouchée!

Gen était également une présence charmante et amicale dans la cuisine - elle m'a aidé pratiquer mon français, et était gentil et attentionné. Nous avons embauché d'autres chefs lors de voyages précédents et elle est de loin la meilleure.

Nous espérons un jour profiter d'un autre beau dîner avec Gen lors de notre prochaine visite.

Nous avons eu la chance de profiter d'un magnifique repas préparé sur place par Gen - qui devait être simple/casual.
Ce ne fut pas le cas. Le loup en croûte de sel était magnifique, le risotto aux champignons aussi. Le tiramisu a couronné le repas avec succès. Qui plus est, la compagnie de Gen est un plaisir, et sa bonne humeur est communicative. Gilles

Genevieve was amazing! We were grateful she was well acquainted with the house and knew where everything was located. The food was amazing and presented beautifully. We tried to book her for a second night, but you were so right when you said they booked up early.

Our experience was very positive! Gen and her helper were very prompt and did a great job of setting up the table out on the patio and preparing a wonderful and authentic Provençal three course meal!

Gen was absolutely wonderful to work with! The dinner she and her partner prepared for my family was spectacular. Every course was perfectly prepared and the service was so warm -- I felt right at home. She also catered to my young children, which was greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend Gen for an authentic provencal meal that is as delicious as it is comforting. MERCI!

Genieve was fantastic, this was the highlight of the trip

I just wanted to let you know how much we all loved our dinner by Genevieve and her assistant, Sandrine. We all couldn’t stop talking about how delicious every dish was—the incredible warm goat cheese salad, to the fabulous salmon and lamb, the tasty ratatouille, and the beautiful tarte tatin. We were 7 adults and 3 children -and we all thought it was such a treat to have a personal chef serve us dinner our last night in Provence. The table was beautifully set and they took such care in cooking and cleaning up—we highly recommend Genevieve to anyone who is considering hiring a personal Provençal chef.
