TRUFFLE HUNTING TOUR
The tour begins with a walk to a cool and shady area of the property, where your English-speaking guide will provide background on the farm, how truffles are grown, and how to hunt them. Then you'll be joined by the French hunter and his three dogs, who will dig up truffles with your help. After the hunt, we'll return to our scenic summer kitchen to taste three different hors d'oeuvres with truffles, followed by truffle ice cream with truffle honey, and finally a tasting of our organic extra-virgin olive oil, truffle oil and truffle salt, served with all you care to drink Champagne. During the tasting you will learn about what to look for when dining on truffles in restaurants and buying truffle products, plus how clean, store, and prepare fresh truffles yourself.

Tours are at 10am and 6pm in summer, 10am and 2:30pm in winter. Please book at least one week in advance.

You will, also, discover the rest of the property with wild herbs, vineyards, olive trees, lavender and beehives.

We enjoyed a "truffle tour" and a "grape stomping". I would highly recommend both experiences. Johan is very funny and knowledgeable and Lisa is very nice. They know how to entertain their guests! These two events are unique and something we will always remember. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have an age limit to participate. It is my humble opinion, that no one under the age of 12 should be allowed to be involved. Another 5 star rating.
Again, everyone had a delightful time and thought it was a vacation of a life time, one they will never forget and one we would all like to do again. I thank you for helping make our dreams come true.
We had such a wonderful time with Johann and Thomas and he will probably do some business for truffles!! Very exciting!
