 Main course :
Tartine Niçoise: tuna poached in olive oil, capers, jammy egg, summer radishes and tomatoes atop a thick slice of grilled bread, served with a mixed market salad

Cheese :
Chef's selection of cheeses and accompaniments, served with fresh bread

Dessert :
Macerated stone fruits with Garrigue honey, almond crumble & fromage blanc

Lunch menu 2

Main course :
Lamb kofta with fresh herbs and pine nuts on a bed of lemon mint yogurt, served with Lebanese tabbouleh and pita bread

Cheese :
Chef's selection of cheeses and accompaniments, served with fresh bread

Dessert :
Tiramisu à la Provençale

Dinner menu 1 :

Starter :
Crostini trio: black olive tapenade, herbed hummus, and brandade de Nîmes 

Main course :
Red Label Chicken braised in balsamic and herbs, haricot verts à la Provençale, fresh thyme and almonds

Dessert :
Galette of Bergeron Apricots, crème fraîche, mint

Dinner menu 2 :

Starter :
Blistered tomatoes, brocciu (fresh Corsican cheese) or goat cheese, fresh herbs, local olive oil

Main course :
Red Mullet en papillote, roasted sweet peppers, saffron scented chickpeas

Dessert :
Stone fruit Clafoutis with crème fraîche 

Dinner menu 3 :

Starter :
Heirloom tomatoes, ashen goat cheese, fresh basil  

Main course :
Roasted rack of lamb des Alpilles, strawberry pan sauce, grilled baby artichokes  

Dessert :
Galette of Bergeron Apricots, chantilly

From 11 persons a server may be needed.
